WHAT IT FEELS LIKEAn art exhibition by Mohamed Jabaly and Jenny Andersen.
Mohamed was born and raised in Gaza and have lived through three wars. Jenny is from Trondheim and lived through the attack on Utøya 22 july 2011. We experienced different traumas in totally different parts of the world, done by different people for different reasons. In spite of that, we have shared some of the same reactions and feelings in the years after. When words fail to explain how we feel, and we get trapped with our memories, we turn to art. Using photography, painting and video, we want to tell people about our personal reactions, thoughts and feelings after living through acts of war and terror.
